We hire on a rolling basis and recruit every June through August.
At Tampa Pediatric Psychology, we’re passionate about supporting kids, teens, young adults and parents through real-life challenges, whether that’s emotional dysregulation, anxiety, attention issues, or behavioral struggles. We’re looking for clinicians who are just as passionate about helping families feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, attentive with clients, and compassionate. We are looking for clinicians who have strong clinical judgement and decision making ability, but most importantly are willing to continue to learn how to be the best therapist to their clients. Our providers must be interested in working directly with children, adolescents, young adults and parents/families, and committed to using evidence-based, relationship-driven interventions.
In this position, you have the opportunity to work in a warm and nurturing environment alongside a team of talented and engaging psychologists who value mentorship. We strive to build a sense of community amongst all of our providers so that they feel well supported in focusing on their clinical work in order to help their clients live the life they've always imagined.
As a specialist-level self-pay practice, we're able to offer competitive hourly rates, bonus pay, professional stipends as well as supervision.
